Strategize and implement Operations and essential support plan that ensures efficient services and good systems performance to support business growth
Qualifications:
-A University degree/Advanced Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Business administration, or any related field.
-A Master’s Degree in related field is an added advantage
-A degree/diploma/course in the field of ICT will be preferred.
-A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Banking or a Financial Institution preferably in Managerial position.
-Working knowledge of ICT field will be a must requirement.
Responsibilities:
• Set up the management, steering and coordination system of the units under Operations & Technology as follows:
• Digital & Innovation
• Operations and Branch Coordination
• ICT & Systems (Software as well as Hardware)
• Provide leadership and direction for the units under Operations & Technology
