Qualifications:
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s is a bonus!) and, ideally, an HR certification is also a plus.
• With 5+ years of experience in HR management, you’ve got a proven track record of building strong teams and creating effective HR strategies.
• You’re a natural leader with a knack for mentoring, inspiring, and developing talent.
• Communication is one of your strengths—you can handle any conversation with ease, from employee onboarding to conflict resolution.
• You bring analytical skills to the table, making data-driven decisions to enhance HR strategies and meet business goals.
• Staying organized is second nature to you, and your attention to detail is top-notch.

Responsibilities:

• Drive HR initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategy.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Tanzania’s labor laws and HR best practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement programs.
• Work with team leaders to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
