To contribute to the attainment of company goals and objectives by aligning individual employee work related targets with those of the Bank through Talent acquisitions, Learning and development, Performance management, Disciplinary Procedure and implementation of HR best practice initiatives and ensuring smooth running of day-to-day administrative issues.
Qualifications:
-1st university degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Public Administration or any related field.
-MA in HR or MBA will be an advantage.
-A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience.
